Our fun and educative pie workshop is bookable for small groups (6-10 participants at a time).
The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and includes:
- A presentation on the history and preparation of traditional Karelian pies, guided by a local pie-maker.
- pie mixing and crumpling
- Daytime organic & fairtrade coffee in the historic restaurant hall while eating pies
- a paper bag for your own homemade pies to take with you
- a special rolling pin for making pies at home and a recipe for the pies
